Arnold Fitness Expo 2014

Another Arnold Fitness Expo has come and gone.  I think it is my 12th expo representing AST Sports Science and probably my 20th overall counting when I would go every year before being part of Team AST.  Many things about the expo have changed over all the years, yet many have stayed the same.  I think one common positive thread each year is inspiration.  It is still a chance to meet your favorite fitness industry standouts and gain some extra motivation to fuel your personal fitness goals, whatever they may be.

One of the things I enjoy most about the weekend is hearing that information I have provided over the years has helped educate and inspire people to achieve their goals.  Some talk about the 2003 Online Training Journal that was on the AST Sports Science web site while others have come to know my methods though the documentary “I Want to Look Like That Guy” or my other DVD’s.
