This year I have really mastered the deadlift and it has made some awesome improvements in my physique. What are you thoughts on doing deadlifts in every max-ot training routine?
I think that is fine. I’ve done them every week at times but ultimately found I like to do them every other week best due to the rigors is squatting and deadlifting each week.
Jeff, I’ve read in Max-OT PDF, that a proper post workout meal could be:
2 servings VP2 Whey Isolate combined with 1 serving Creatine HSC
Do you recommend the same postworkout meal after Max-OT cardio on off days? Or just a serving of whey plus a banana directly post cardio. And then later normal low-gi meal? Thanks for anwser. I wish I could attend to you gym.
I think it makes sense to follow Max-OT cardio with creatine, whey isolate, glutamine and a high GI carb source just as you do after training, particularly if you are in a maximum muscle building phase. If you are deep in caloric restrictions you may eventually adjust the amount/calories of that drink.
I wish I had one copy of “I Want to Look Like That Guy” for each client I train so they can first go watch it, then we discuss what physique goal we are going for. It was great hearing the same true words of "nothing is impossible, but be ready for harder work than you can ever imagine" coming from Jeff Willet who was my role model in the early days of my career. This DVD really shows the truth: you CAN look like the guy in the magazine, but maybe you won’t want it when you see what the price tag for it is.

Hi Jeff. Will the Execute app ever be available for android phones?
I don’t have an answer at this point.
