Did you use CLA both in the off-season and preparing for contest? I was just wondering should I take any breaks from using CLA.
Yes.
Do you prefer Barbell on shrugs to dumbbells or do you try to mix it up?
I prefer barbell. I think it is a more efficient move for achieving overload.

I train with the Max-OT principles in the 4-6 rep range. All he time.
