    Really excited about the Directors cut version of the video that is on it’s way to me now. Have been totally facinated by the documentry so far and am looking forward to learning more about the Diet, exercises and mind set of Stuart. I am planning to video my own transformation from 15.5 stone fatty to 13 stone of ripped muscle. Cheers for everything.

        wow wow wow, have watched the videos non stop for the past 4 hours. Amazing documentary and packed with every piece of info needed to totally tranform your body. Quick question though, I’m 6.1″ tall and weight 216lbs and wondered if 2590/2034 cals per day is enough for me and to accomplish a steady 11-13% body fat, how low should I skim it down to for the long term.

        • There really isn’t a magic starting point calorically. It’s a bit of an educated guess and then you adjust from there over time gradually up or down as the case may be. You could start in the 2600 area for several weeks and then adjust plus or minus depending upon results.
